120 tons mining truck

They are designed for long-term, high-intensity transportation of ore and earth in off-highway conditions and are core equipment for modern mines to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve green transformation.

Equipped with WP14T765E304 inline 6-cylinder diesel engine (13.5L), rated power 562kW (approximately 765 HP), maximum torque 2900 N·m, and a thermal efficiency of 52.28%, this truck features a 2000bar high-pressure fuel injection system, exhibiting significant low-speed, high-torque characteristics. It is matched with a Fast 8DS260A/8DS280 8-speed manual transmission and a  40-ton HDZ40T heavy-duty drive axle with a final drive ratio of 18.72, providing strong climbing ability, high transmission efficiency, and durability. The front axle uses an air-hydraulic suspension, while the middle and rear axles employ leaf spring suspensions, balancing load-bearing capacity and driving smoothness. The fully hydraulic steering system offers easy operation.
